Within United States, we currently offer free standard shipping on all orders. 

We use United States Postal Service for domestic deliveries. Please allow 2 or more days for standard domestic delivery. You can track your order with a tracking number that will be emailed to you once your order has been scanned in with USPS.

All orders will receive a confirmation email when the order has been dispatched.

By Iman Akilah cannot be held liable for postage delays, lost of damaged goods that might occur by postage couriers or any person(s) that handle goods once they leave our premises.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with any full priced items you purchased, you may return them within 30 days of delivery. We will happily offer a refund, exchange or store credit. Items must be returned in original condition with tags still intact. Once received, all returns and exchanges will be processed within 5 working days.

Step Two:Return the order to By Iman Akilah at 600 Bronner Brothers Way SW, Atlanta, GA 30310. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method. Items must be returned in original condition with tags still intact

Step Three:We will contact you via email once your return has been processed. Once received, all returns and exchanges will be processed within 5 working days

Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or store credit.

Every effort is made to ensure that the items shipped to you are in pristine condition. In the unlikely event you receive incorrect, damaged or faulty items please contact us via email at orders@byimanakilah.com.

We reserve the right to refuse a returned item if the items do not comply with our returns policy. Items that do not comply with our returns policy will be returned to the customer.
