How do orders get sent?

Garments are made on demand in the order that orders are placed. Orders are packaged and shipped Monday - Friday from our Warehouse in Atlanta, Georgia through United States Postal Services after your garment goes through multiple quality checkpoints across the production process to ensure the fit and craftsmanship are prestine. 

How much is your postage?

All US Orders over $200 ship FREE! Unless you select Overnight or 2-Day Shipping (in case shipping fee is determined by location).

When will my order be dispatched?

After your order is placed, allow 7 Business Days cut and sewing time on all orders, unless you have requested your order be rushed. If you placed a rush order allow 3 Business Days for cut and sewing time. Garments then go through multiple quality checkpoints before being packed and shipped.

How long does it take to receive an order?

If you select Standard FREE Shipping, please allow 7-10 business days to receive your order.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Your tracking number can also be found in your customer account.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express, and AfterPay

Can I return my order?

If you are not satisfied with a garment that you ordered online once you've had the chance to try it on first-hand, you are welcome to return it to us within 60 days, unused and in a pristine sale-able condition with the original packaging * and you will be able to exchange your order for the cost of goods sold - please note cost of shipping is at the expense of the customer - please ensure you contact us first before exchanging any goods.
