How do orders get sent?

Orders are packaged and shipped Monday - Friday from our Warehouse in Atlanta, Georgia through United States Postal Services. Orders placed by 12p will be sent out same day.

How much is your postage?

All US Orders over $150 ship FREE! Unless you select Overnight or 2-Day Shipping (in case shipping fee is determined by location).

How long does it take to receive an order?

If you select Standard FREE Shipping, please allow 7-10 business days to receive your order.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Your tracking number can also be found in your customer account.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express, and AfterPay

Can I return my order?

If you are not satisfied with a garment that you ordered online once you've had the chance to try it on first-hand, you are welcome to return it to us within 60 days, unused and in a pristine sale-able condition with the original packaging * and you will be able to exchange your order for the cost of goods sold - please note cost of shipping is at the expense of the customer - please ensure you contact us first before exchanging any goods.

The item is showing sold out, will it be back in stock?

Our items are created for exclusivity so limited quantities per style are available. Most pieces will not return however, variations, new styles and colors may be available in the future. You can sign up for "back in stock" notifications on the product pages.

SOMETHING I PURCHASED IS NOW IN SALE OR I FORGOT TO APPLY A DISCOUNT CODE. CAN I RECEIVE A PRICE ADJUSTMENT?

Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments and discount codes aren't able to be applied after an order has been placed.
