Warm weather has finally arrived and it's time to throw on the sunnies, t-shirts, a pair of cropped denim and head out for a day of fun in the sun. Atlanta has the BEST festivals, from the Dogwood Festival (April 7-9 at Piedmont Park) to Sweetwater 420 Fest (April 21-23 at Centennial Olympic Park).

We don't know about you but we are ready to enjoy Jakes Ice Cream (brown sugar is the best) while walking down the Beltline, hanging out in Inman Park with a King of Pop popsicle, heading to the roof of Ponce City Market for games and an ice cold beer, walking down the sidewalks of Piedmont Park while enjoying a juicy turkey leg and funnel cake or riding the roller coasters at Six Flags Over Georgia.

Grab the kids head to Atlanta Zoo (we all know it's more fun in warm weather), and end the day with a bbq in Grant Park, head to the new Suntrust Park for a Braves Game, or head to Old Fourth Ward Park and cool off with water play and let the little play on the playground!

There are so many options in Atlanta this season, but make sure you make it a point to grab a caramel apple from Kilwin's in Atlantic Station, stop by Nami for wardrobe necessities then head to central park for Art in the Park, movies on the lawn, Tot Spot and so much more!
